Abundance of fragments coarser than 2mm in a soil sample, including rock fragments inferred to be not continuous with underlying bedrock, and other fragments such as charcoal, shells, but not segregation of pedogenic origin. The percentage is estimated by eye using the charts in Figure 11 for comparison.
